Beautiful Rack Island, Rice Lake. Rice Lake is located 112 km East of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Panfish are abundant and provide food for predatory fish, such as largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, walleye, pike, muskie… and CARP!
Vince has been very successful at catching rare mirror carp. More recently, he has transitioned into a fisherman’s guide, giving others similar success in their personal fishing experiences.
