Wonderful stay with gorgeous views and unparalleled access to the river! Rooms were cozy, cute, clean and comfortable and equipped with all the amenities you would need for a short stay. Was there in the summer and the grounds were very well kept with BBQ, fire pit, and a little picnic area open for guest use. The owners were also very kind accommodating to all my needs! Great place for a relaxing getaway, 100% recommend, will definitely be back!

The staff were friendly. We felt the price we paid for our room was well above the value. We did get two beds, TV, microwave, bar fridge, a coffee maker with two cups and coffee whitener/sugar, soap and shampoo and towels. Good thing it was quiet when we wanted to sleep as the sound travels here. It faces onto the Trent River and has some spots to sit near the bank. You can’t walk anywhere from the motel, so the location wasn’t amazing. No fan in the bathroom. However, if we had paid less we would have thought it was fine as a place to sleep.

The owners and staff are really great and very nice. You can see the Trent River from every room. We could put our kayaks in at the water's edge where if we had booked elsewhere, it wouldn't have been easy to get the kayaks in the water. It looks like there is a really nice pool but because of covid it is closed... but looks nice. They keep everything very clean.

We loved our stay in this cute place. BBQ place with private access to the river is absolute hit!!! The owner, Derek, was awsome to give us, for free, a big bag of chorcal and helped us set it up. We had a blast in this place with friends. Had even a free ride in the boat. Water was clean and very warm.

We stayed 2 nights and it wasn't enough. If we had a question, they were right there to help. It was very comfortable and so close to town and sights to see. Relaxed by a fire after a BBQ on site.

I stayed here because inclimate weather was making travel dangerous and I needed to be back at work the next day and didn’t want to be stressed about the drive. The owners are absolutely delightful! They were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, it overlooked the river which was very pretty with the snow. The bed was super comfortable! A great little motel for sure!
